STEPS ;- & FOOD ITEMS
1) 1 Packet Noodle ;- Take water in a pan add salt and noodle its boil 10 mins .on the medium Flame.
2) 2 Eggs :- After Boil the Noodle to add one Tea spoon Oil .Mix it very well and to keep it the side for 20 mins .
3) 1 Carrot ,
4) Onion ,
5) Capsicum
6) 1 tea spoon Vinegar
7) 1/2 Tea spoon Soya Sauce
8) 1/2 Tea spoon Ketchup
9) 1 Tea spoon Chili Souse
10) Black Pepper Powder
11) Garning Onion
PROCESS OF MAKING EGG HAKKA NOODLE AND STEPS
1) Take water in a pan add salt and noodle its boile 10 mins .on the medium Flame.
2) After Boile the Noodle to add one Tea spoon Oil .Mix it very well and to keep it the side for 20 min.
3) Break the Eggs on the Dish Add Salt , Cutting Onion ,Black Pepper Powder mix it very well.
4) To Make Omelet and cut it very small pies , ot use to Scrambled Eggs
5) To make Noodle and Add oil in a work with along all vegetables and Boiled of off Flame Burner ..
6) Add Boiled Noodles , Veniger , soyas , Sauce , Salt Block Pepper , Ketchup and Chili souse ,
to mix it every thing and cook it 5 min.
7) Now add the cocked Eggs and Spring Onions . Stir it will cock for anther 2 mins .
