QUALIFICATIONS :-
Education qualifications :- The candidates can possess the any Degree ( 75% weight age would be based on the marks obtain in the Degree Examination including Languages ).
2) Desirable qualifications :- Of the remaining 25% a weight age of 15 % would be awarded for the service as contract Panchayat Secretareis @ 3 marks per every year of service and 10% per the seniority after the date of equation of education qualification @ 1 mark for each year of weighting after acquiring degree qualification to the Contract panchayat secretary only.
